Marcus Stroman Has No Structural Damage
3 years agoNew York Mets starting pitcher Marcus Stroman (hip) has some good news after undergoing an MRI on Wednesday. The test came back and Stroman's left hip area turned up negative for any structural damage. He was removed from his start on Tuesday after experiencing some hip soreness. Currently, Stroman is scheduled to pitch against the Washington Nationals next Monday. It wouldn't be shocking if the Mets decide to push back his start a day or two as a precautionary measure. The good news is, it sounds like Stroman won't require a trip to the injured list.
