Justus Sheffield Takes Seventh Loss Wednesday
3 years agoSeattle Mariners starting pitcher Justus Sheffield took his seventh loss of the year Wednesday, allowing three runs on four hits and three walks in 4 1/3 innings against the Colorado Rockies. He struck out five. The long ball was what did Sheffield in, as he gave up two home runs for the fourth consecutive start. It'll be difficult to be successful with so many hits leaving the yard. He now has a 5.69 ERA and 1.66 WHIP with 54 strikeouts in 68 innings. He shouldn't be on fantasy rosters.
