3 years agoCleveland Indians starting pitcher Zach Plesac (thumb) will throw a 40-pitch bullpen session on Thursday. It was reported earlier in the week he might throw around Thursday or Friday, so it appears he's on schedule. Plesac has missed around a month due to a thumb fracture. It's likely that Plesac begins a rehab assignment shortly after his throwing sessions, assuming everything goes well. He was a decent option for the Indians before going down, but will mainly just be a deep league option.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
