3 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals outfielder Harrison Bader (rib) will begin a rehab assignment soon. Manager Mike Schildt mentioned that Bader has resumed baseball activities and is playing outfield in extended spring training. He has been sidelined since May 25 because of a fracture in his rib cage. Fantasy managers should expect Bader to miss at least another week while he gets back into the swing of things. He wasn't exactly hitting well before the injury and is likely only a low-end deep league asset.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
