3 years agoBoston Red Sox relief pitcher Adam Ottavino recorded his fifth save Saturday, throwing 1 1/3 innings to finish the game against the New York Yankees. Ottavino entered with two outs and the bases loaded in the eighth inning and managed to escape the jam, but he did allow one run to score in the bottom of the ninth. All told, he allowed one run on two his and one walk while striking out one. He is very valuable in leagues that reward both saves and holds, as he has a total of 19 for the season.--Doug Goldring - RotoBaller
