Matt Chapman Extends Hit-Streak To 15 Games
3 years agoOakland Athletics third baseman Matt Chapman stayed hot on Sunday by going 2-for-5 with two RBI and a run scored in a win over San Francisco. Chapman ran his hit-streak to 15 games as he's got his batting average up to .230 after being below .200 earlier in June. The 28-year-old got off to a miserable start to the 2021 campaign, but he seems to be back now as he's got his hard-hit rate back over 40 percent and has cut back on the strikeouts compared to earlier in the season. He should be universally rostered in fantasy and started with a series versus a weak Rangers pitching staff next on the schedule.
