3 years agoDetroit Tigers outfielder Robbie Grossman is batting third in the team's lineup Monday against right-hander Eli Morgan. The veteran hit third in three of Detroit's last four games and will do so again as manager A.J. Hinch and company kick off a series against the Cleveland Indians. So far, Grossman has provided solid production for both the Tigers and fantasy managers, hitting .225 with a .335 on-base percentage, nine home runs and eight stolen bases in 329 plate appearances. If he continues to bat third, it'll likely increase his RBI opportunities moving forward, especially with Akil Baddoo and Jonathan Schoop producing at the plate.
