Ronald Torreyes Collects Two RBI Versus Reds
3 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies shortstop Ronald Torreyes went 1-for-4 with two RBI in a loss to the Reds on Monday. It was a good game for the utility infielder who drove in his runs with a hit and an RBI groundout, but he's not someone to prioritize in fantasy. Torreyes is batting .271 but that comes with a career-high .300 BABIP. He won't produce much in the power department either, as he's got just a .095 career ISO and has just 16 RBI in 34 games batting near the bottom of the Philly order. He's best left on waivers with Didi Gregorius (elbow) and Jean Segura (groin) both on their way back from injury which would relegate Torreyes to a backup role.
