3 years agoSeattle Mariners first baseman Evan White (hip) isn't close to resuming baseball activities. White currently holds a spot on the 60-day injured list, and after suffering a setback during a rehab stint with Triple-A Tacoma, it now appears it may be a while before he is back on the field. The 25-year-old hasn't lived up to expectations throughout his nearly two seasons in the big club, batting a miserable .167 throughout 276 at-bats.
