3 years agoMinnesota Twins outfielder Trevor Larnach went 2-for-5 with an RBI and a run scored in Friday's 7-4 loss to the Kansas City Royals. Larnach hit the ball hard, as each of his singles registered exit velocities of 106 MPH or greater. The 24-year-old slugger hasn't homered since June 22 but has six hits- two of them for extra bases- in his last five games and is clearly hitting the ball hard. Larnach has just a .630 OPS against lefties, so it wouldn't be surprising to see him sit out Saturday's game against southpaw Danny Duffy.--Tim Capurso
