Francisco Lindor Reaches Base Four Times On Saturday
3 years agoNew York Mets shortstop Francisco Lindor went 2-for-4 with two runs scored, two walks, and an RBI in the Mets 8-3 win over the Yankees on Saturday. It was a great game for Lindor who has been in the midst of another slump. He came into Saturday's contest having hit just .120/.185/.200 with no home runs, one RBI, and one stolen base over his prior 25 at-bats. It has been a rough season for Lindor, so perhaps he can build off of his performance on Saturday and start hitting with more consistency as we approach the halfway point of the 2021 campaign. Despite his poor performance in 2021, fantasy managers should keep Lindor active for his (hopefully) eventual breakout.
