Trea Turner Back In The Lineup On Monday
3 years agoWashington Nationals shortstop Trea Turner (finger) returned to the lineup on Monday to face the San Diego Padres. Turner missed four straight games after jamming his finger sliding into third base last week. His return is good news for fantasy managers, given that the 28-year-old is hitting .318/.367/.513 with 14 home runs, 38 RBI and 50 runs scored on the season. Turner will square off against Padres right-hander Joe Musgrove and is hitting .299/.348/.483 versus righties this season. Catcher Yan Gomes (forearm) is also back in Washington's lineup on Monday after being hit by a pitch over the weekend and missing Sunday's game against the Los Angeles Dodgers.
