Carlos Carrasco Throws Live BP On Tuesday
3 years agoNew York Mets right-hander Carlos Carrasco (hamstring) threw a live bullpen session at Citi Field on Tuesday, per beat writer Anthony DiComo. He was hitting 'the mid-90s" on the radar gun per Mets manager Luis Rojas. Carrasco seems to be progressing well from the hamstring injury that has kept him sidelined all season. He participated in some fielding drills on Monday and was able to throw his BP on Tuesday. He's on track to make his team debut in late July if all continues to go well. Fantasy managers that are in need of pitching help would be wise to stash him.
