3 years agoNew York Yankees infielder DJ LeMahieu went 3-for-6 with an RBI and a run scored in Tuesday's 12-1 victory over the Seattle Mariners. LeMahieu ripped a trio of singles, each of them registering exit velocities of 102 MPH or greater. The veteran infielder has a hit in three straight games and has raised his season average to .276, good for 37th in the league. His .312 BABIP is slowly starting to inch up to his career .343 mark, leading to better actual statistics, such as his .296 batting average since the start of June. Fantasy managers should expect these trends to continue into the second half of the season.--Tim Capurso
