3 years agoAtlanta Braves starting pitcher Drew Smyly was not sharp on Wednesday but pitched well enough to help get the win for his team. He tossed five innings, allowing nine hits, three earned runs, three walks and four strikeouts. Smyly was able to limit the damage, but this was obviously a below-average outing for him. He'll will take a 7-3 record and 4.48 ERA into the break. Fantasy managers can probably find a better option in 12-team leagues, but Smyly could certainly be worth a look in deeper leagues.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
