3 years agoLos Angeles Angels starter Andrew Heaney allowed three runs in 5 1/3 innings pitched and picked up a win Wednesday against the Red Sox. Heaney (5-6) picked up the win, but his performance on the mound continues to produce mediocre results. The tall left-handed starter has posted an ERA over 5.00 in every month this season despite striking out 94 hitters through 77 innings pitched. The 30-year-old has swing-and-miss stuff, but his execution continues to lag. Heaney can help fantasy rosters with strikeouts, but expectations need to be tempered in all other categories.--Joey C - RotoBaller
