3 years agoCleveland Indians starting pitcher Zach Plesac will start next Sunday at Oakland in the team's third game after the All-Star break, according to Ryan Lewis of the Akron Beacon Journal. Eli Morgan will pitch Friday, followed by Cal Quantrill. J.C. Mejia and Triston McKenzie will then follow Plesac as the Indians continue to grapple with injuries to hurlers, including ace Shane Bieber. Plesac, who is still being stretched out after rejoining the rotation on Thursday, is 4-3 with a 4.31 ERA this season. He won't be a must-start given the tough matchup next week, but he could be a good trade target in redraft leagues as he rounds into form.--Josh Friedman
