3 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies third baseman Ronald Torreyes hit a three-run homer over Fenway Park's famed Green Monster to help the Phillies beat the Red Sox to wrap up the first half of the season. Torreyes wasn't in the original starting lineup, however, Alec Bohm tested positive for COVID-19 and was placed on the COVID-IL hours before the game. Bohm will need to test negative twice before being activated, so Torreyes should see some more playing time at third base after the All-Star break, but Torreyes is predominantly a bench player who should not be rostered in fantasy.--Mike Schwarzenbach - RotoBaller
