Jed Lowrie Ends First Half With Consecutive Homers At Texas
3 years agoOakland Athletics second baseman Jed Lowrie finished the first half of the season strong by blasting solo homers on back-to-back days to help the A's win their first series since mid-June. Lowrie has seen a career resurgence in Oakland after seeing just eight total plate appearances in 2019 and 2020 with the Mets. The veteran infielder is on his third stint in Oakland and is slashing .263/.336/.423 with 10 homers, 40 runs, and 42 RBI to re-emerge as a 2B option in deeper fantasy leagues. Lowrie should be rostered and started in any league 15-teams or deeper or in those that utilize a middle infield slot.
