3 years agoAtlanta Falcons wide receiver Calvin Ridley broke out in a big way in 2020 and deserves to be looked at among the elite WR1s heading into 2021. Ridley amassed a career-high 143 targets, 90 receptions, and 1374 receiving yards while finding the end zone nine times, good for a top-five finish at the position in all fantasy formats. Seven-time Pro Bowler Julio Jones is no longer in town, which means that Ridley will be looked at and schemed against- as Atlanta's unquestioned WR1. He compiled eight 100-yard games in 2020, and five of them came without Jones in the lineup, showing that Ridley can handle the team's opposing number-one corner. Ridley should once again be among the league's target hogs and is a safe WR1 to target in the second round of drafts.--Tim Capurso
