Bryce Harper Misses Friday’s Game 2 Due To Dehydration
3 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies outfielder Bryce Harper did not play in Game 2 of Friday's doubleheader against the Marlins because he was dehydrated. He won't miss any time and is expected to play in Saturday's contest. Harper went 1-for-3 with a double and a run scored in Game 1 of Friday's doubleheader. The 28-year-old has been an offensive force in 2021, slashing .283/.378/.522 with 15 homers, 34 RBI, 48 runs scored, and seven stolen bases across 69 games. Fantasy managers should check back on Saturday to ensure the Phillies star outfielder is in the lineup before activating him. Travis Jankowski or Matt Vierling would handle right field duties on Saturday if Harper is unable to suit up.
