3 years agoArizona Diamondbacks pitcher Luke Weaver (shoulder) is scheduled to throw a bullpen session on Saturday. The 27-year-old will pitch for the first time since sustaining a right shoulder strain in mid-May. He owns a 4.50 ERA, 1.20 WHIP, and a 38:13 K: BB across 40 innings in 2021. Barring a setback, Weaver is on track to return in August.
