3 years agoAtlanta Falcons wide receiver Russell Gage is expected to be the number-two wideout in new head coach Arthur Smith's offense in 2021. Gage set career-highs across the board in 2020 and was one of just 35 wide receivers to eclipse the 100-target mark. With All-Pro Julio Jones out of the picture, Gage will likely be tasked with more responsibility in the offense. While his season-long splits with and without Jones were largely no different, Gage finished the year strong in four games without Jones, averaging 8.3 targets per game while netting at least 65 receiving yards in three of the four contests. More targets should be available to him, making him an interesting late-round fantasy wideout. However, it's worth noting that the Falcons won't be the pass-heavy offensive attack they were in years past under Smith, which could hamper the fantasy upside of a secondary target such as Gage.--Tim Capurso
