Jonathan India Hits Solo Homer In Loss
3 years agoCincinnati Reds second baseman Jonathan India went 1-for-5 with a solo homer in a 7-4 loss to the Milwaukee Brewers on Saturday. India went deep in the eighth inning to tie the game up at 3-3 on a blast that traveled 377 feet. The rookie infielder continues to put together a quality season for the Reds, hitting .271 with seven homers, 43 runs, 36 RBI, and seven steals over 266 at-bats. India is hitting .303 with two homers and 11 RBI over his past 30 games as he gets more and more comfortable against big-league pitching.
