Tylor Megill Takes Hard-Luck No-Decision Saturday
3 years agoNew York Mets starting pitcher Tylor Megill pitched very well Saturday, allowing no runs on six hits and no walks across six innings against the Pittsburgh Pirates. He struck out two batters and deserved to be credited with a win, but relief pitchers Seth Lugo and Edwin Diaz each imploded, allowing nine runs total over the last two innings to leave Megill with the no-decision. Megill now has a 2.63 ERA and 1.21 WHIP with 28 strikeouts in 24 innings across five starts this season. He deserves to be on the fantasy radar, and should be rostered in the deepest formats.
