3 years agoSeattle Mariners outfielder Jake Fraley was placed on the injured list Sunday without a designation. Fraley was originally scratched from the lineup on Friday with an illness and sat out Saturday as well, though it was repeatedly stated that the situation was not COVID-related. That does not appear to remain the case at this time. Dillon Thomas was recalled from Triple-A Tacoma to take Fraley's place on the roster, and Jake Bauers and Shed Long Jr. figure to see more playing time as a result. It's unknown how long Fraley will be out, but fantasy managers can move on if they need the roster space.--Doug Goldring - RotoBaller
