3 years agoBoston Red Sox infielder Christian Arroyo (hamstring) exited the Sunday Night Baseball matchup against the Yankees. Arroyo suffered a hamstring strain while stretching to make a grab, an unfortunate development considering he was making his first career start at first base. The 26-year-old has been on a roll since returning from the 10-day injured list a few weeks ago, batting .310 to go along with nine hits, six RBI, and two homers, so fantasy managers are likely very concerned, and rightfully so.
