3 years agoSeattle Mariners starting pitcher Logan Gilbert had another outstanding start Sunday, allowing just two runs on four hits and two walks against the Los Angeles Angels while setting a new career high with nine strikeouts. He was credited with the win, improving his record to 4-2. Gilbert has steadily improved over the course of his 11 starts this season, with a 2.41 ERA, 0.86 WHIP, and 46 strikeouts over 37.1 innings in his last seven games.
