3 years agoColorado Rockies outfielder Charlie Blackmon went 2-for-5 with a home run, two RBI, and a stolen base in a 6-5 win over the Dodgers on Sunday. Blackmon had a big day at the dish, putting the Rockies on the board with an RBI single in the bottom of the first inning and swiping his first bag of the year. He would play the hero later in the contest when he walked it off with a solo home run in the bottom of the 10th inning. The long ball was just his fifth of the season. The veteran outfielder has been underwhelming from a fantasy perspective this season, slashing .268/.362/.376 with five home runs, 43 RBI, and one stolen base over 295 at-bats. But he's off to a decent start so far in the second half and should remain a solid outfield option in mixed leagues.--Jon Mathisen - RotoBaller
