3 years agoBoston Red Sox outfielder Alex Verdugo was dropped from second to sixth in the lineup Monday, but he performed well from the new spot, walking three times and scoring twice in five plate appearances. The new arrangement will certainly ding Verdugo's fantasy value, at least in the runs category, but he should be better positioned for RBI. Fantasy managers will have to hope his extra-base stroke returns, as he only has five such hits since June 16.--Doug Goldring - RotoBaller
