3 years agoMinnesota Twins outfielder Kyle Garlick (hernia) has been cleared to begin a rehab assignment with Triple-A St. Paul. He landed on the injured list in early June due to a sports hernia. They haven't ruled out surgery, but it appears Garlick is going to attempt to play without it. He'll likely resume his part-time role in Minnesota after a rehab stint in the minors. Garlick is hitting .232 with five home runs and 10 RBI this season. He isn't worth rostering in any fantasy formats, but the Twins are surely glad to have him back soon.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
