3 years agoSeattle Mariners relief pitcher Kendall Graveman recorded his ninth save of the season Tuesday, allowing only a walk in a scoreless ninth inning against the Colorado Rockies while striking out two batters. Graveman has been remarkable all year with a 0.90 ERA and 0.70 WHIP to go with 29 strikeouts in 30 innings. His modest saves total is indicative of his usage, as he is often used in high-leverage situations. If he's traded, he stands to retain much of his value, even if he isn't used as a closer in his new situation.--Doug Goldring - RotoBaller
