3 years agoHouston Astros second baseman Jose Altuve went 2-for-4 with two home runs, one walk, two RBI and two runs scored in a 9-3 win over the Indians on Tuesday. The pair of homers brought Altuve's season total to 22, as he's now slashing .275/.356/.500 with four steals, 57 RBI and 68 runs scored over 83 games. It's been a great bounce-back season for Altuve after a disappointing 2020 campaign, but it appears that he may be getting somewhat lucky at the plate as he also owns a .259 xBA and .431 xSLG. This may be a good time to sell high on Altuve if you're concerned about a drop in production in the second half, but if you want to hang on to him he should still be able to provide solid value at second base.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
