3 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies first baseman Rhys Hoskins went 1-for-3 with a home run, two walks, one RBI and two runs scored in a 6-4 loss to the Yankees on Tuesday night. Hoskins has been on a tear over his last 15 games, slashing .292/.417/.708 with four home runs, 13 RBI and 12 runs scored in that span. That's helped raise his season line to .234/.318/.488 over 92 games with 21 home runs, 57 RBI and 53 runs scored. Hoskins had looked lost at the plate in June where he hit .135 with a .582 OPS, but it looks like he's turning things around and getting back on track again. If you can swing it, now is the time to try and acquire Hoskins ahead of what should be a good second half.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
