3 years agoNew York Yankees catcher Gary Sanchez (back) has been receiving treatment for back spasms that he experienced during Friday's game. The Yankees are hopeful that he will be the starting catcher for Sunday's contest, according to Bryan Hoch of MLB.com. Sanchez had to leave Friday mid-game and is absent from the starting lineup on Saturday. He's had a bounce-back year at the plate after a miserable 2020, slashing .219/.334/.466 with 17 HRs, 37 RBI, and 39 runs. Fantasy managers shouldn't be too concerned and should keep starting him once he returns.--Spencer Seguin - RotoBaller
