3 years agoColorado Rockies infielder/outfielder Connor Joe went 3-for-5 with a double, three RBI, and two strikeouts in a 12-3 win over the Los Angeles Angels on Tuesday. Joe ripped a ground-rule double in the fifth inning to drive in his first run before knocking a two-run single in the sixth. The 28-year-old is batting .313 with a .500 slugging percentage over the last 15 contests and has become an intriguing fantasy asset in deeper leagues. He should be in line for steady at-bats depending on what moves the Rockies make at the deadline. Overall, he's slashing .271/.354/.386 with a home run and 11 RBI over 70 at-bats.--Jon Mathisen - RotoBaller
