3 years agoCleveland Indians starting pitcher Zach Plesac pitched five innings of two-run ball while allowing seven hits, one walk, and striking out four. Plesac has now has a 4.57 ERA with 14 strikeouts across 21 2/3 innings pitched since his return from the IL on July 8th. He has had some ups and downs, but he looked pretty solid overall today, especially after the first inning. He should provide fantasy managers with a respectable ERA down the stretch, but his strikeout upside is quite limited.--Kipp Heisterman - RotoBaller
