3 years agoMilwaukee Brewers third baseman Eduardo Escobar is expected to join the organization on Friday, according to manager Craig Counsell. The 32-year-old infielder was acquired by Milwaukee from the Arizona Diamondbacks on Wednesday. In exchange for Escobar the Diamondbacks received Alberto Ciprian and Cooper Hummel. Counsell mentioned that Luis Urias will serve as a utility player for Milwaukee once Escobar joins the lineup. There shouldn't be a significant change in fantasy value for Escobar in Milwaukee.
