Drew Smyly Lifted After Four Innings
3 years agoAtlanta Braves starting pitcher Drew Smyly wasn't at his best during Thursday's contest against the New York Mets. He tossed four innings, nine hits allowed, three earned runs, one walk, and six strikeouts on Thursday. His velocity was down in this start and it's worth noting he was pulled due to a knee injury during his last start. Possibly, Smyly still isn't 100 percent healthy, which is why he might've been pulled early on Thursday. Fantasy managers should check back in case an injury does pop up.
