Vladimir Guerrero Jr. Blasts 33rd Homer
3 years agoToronto Blue Jays first baseman Vladimir Guerrero Jr. blasted his 33rd home run of the season during the team's 13-1 rout over the Red Sox on Thursday. His three-run shot in the fifth went 436 feet down the left field line and out of Fenway Park to blow the game open to 9-0 at the time. The 22-year-old finished the game going 2-for-5 with a walk and a pair of runs to up his batting average to a league-leading .328. Guerrero also retook the major-league lead in RBI with 83 as he continues to swing an MVP-type bat for the Jays and for fantasy managers this season.
