3 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies starting pitcher Spencer Howard is reportedly available in trade discussions. He was viewed as the Phillies top pitching prospect prior to his debut last season. Since then, Howard has battled a few injuries and has struggled heavily at the MLB level. He has posted a 5.71 ERA through 28.3 innings with the Phillies this season. The 25-year-old still has upside, but his struggles are likely going to decrease his value, assuming the Phillies want to move him.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
