3 years agoMiami Marlins infielder Jazz Chisholm (shoulder) expects to be activated from the injured list and play in Friday's game against the Yankees. Chisholm hasn't played since July 18 and will return to a .251/.317/.437 line. He took live batting practice earlier in the week and manager Don Mattingly said Chisholm might be able to skip a rehab assignment, and it looks like that's exactly what will happen. Before getting hurt, Jazz was hitting either first or fifth in the Marlins lineup and playing second base.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
