3 years agoColorado Rockies outfielder Connor Joe went 2-for-5 with a home run, two RBI, and one strikeout in a 9-4 win over the Padres on Friday. Joe smacked his second home run of the year in the fourth inning when he took Ryan Weathers deep for a two-run blast. He also chipped in a single in the contest and struck out. Joe has been seeing regular playing time with Yonathan Daza on the reserve COVID-19 list and he's taking advantage of the playing time. He has just two career home runs and they've both come in the last seven games. Overall, he's slashing a solid .266/.348/.405 with two homers and 13 RBI over 79 at-bats.--Jon Mathisen - RotoBaller
