3 years agoWashington Football Team running back Antonio Gibson had quite the impressive rookie season in 2020. He adjusted to the NFL with ease after playing in college mostly as a receiver. Gibson was limited by a turf toe injury that he suffered in week 13, which kept him out until week 16. Head coach Ron Rivera said Gibson has "bounced back from his turf toe last season." Rivera went on to mention that the injury was bothering him during the team's OTAs, but during training camp he has looked good so far. If fully healthy, which it seems he is, Gibson is due for a breakout season in a much improved Washington offense. Gibson should be viewed as a low-end RB1, with the potential for more. In what projects to be a heavy workload for the second-year stud, Gibson can vault into the elite class of running backs in 2021.--Tommy Adamopoulos - RotoBaller
