3 years agoSeattle Mariners outfielder Mitch Haniger added two more hits Monday, going 2-for-4 with a walk and a run scored. Haniger now has a modest four-game hit streak going as he looks to build on a very successful July during which he slashed .269/.361/.516 with seven home runs. The acquisition of Abraham Toro has stretched out the Seattle lineup just a bit more, and Haniger remains in excellent position to accrue counting stats batting second on a regular basis.
