3 years agoWashington Nationals third baseman Carter Kieboom had a solid day at the plate Monday, going 2-for-4 with a two-run home run and two runs scored. It was his first long ball of the year, and came off of newly acquired Phillies reliever Ian Kennedy. A highly touted prospect, Kieboom has struggled in his first stints in the major leagues, but he will get a long look at the hot corner for the last few months of the season. Fantasy managers do not need to rush to add him, but he's worth keeping an eye on as an audition for next year's rosters.--Doug Goldring - RotoBaller
