3 years agoMiami Marlins rookie outfielder Bryan De La Cruz had the best game of his big league career so far on Tuesday in a win against the New York Mets. De La Cruz went 3-for-4 with two RBI. All three of De La Cruz's hits were singles, and he did get picked off of first base, but after a somewhat slow start to his major league career, it was good to see the outfielder put some hits together. De La Cruz came from the Astros system as part of the Yimi Garcia deal. De La Cruz is batting .222 with a .485 OPS, but that's in a very small sample size. He's shown some good flashes and could develop into a decent major league starter.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
