Josh Bell Notches Two-Run Homer
3 years agoWashington Nationals first baseman Josh Bell went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run Tuesday night, launching his 18th long ball of the season off of Phillies starter Zack Wheeler. Bell has been on fire of late, with a .294/.351/.549 slash line with seven homers in his last 30 games. A dismal .464 OPS in April has held down his season-long numbers, and perhaps that explains why he isn't on more rosters. He's in position for plenty of RBI batting behind Juan Soto daily and should provide excellent fantasy numbers.
