3 years agoBoston Red Sox outfielder Jarren Duran led off Tuesday against the Detroit Tigers, going 2-for-5 with his first career stolen base. Duran appears poised to play against most right-handed starters, at least until Kyle Schwarber is ready to return from the injured list, and his blazing speed is a game-changer for Boston as well as for fantasy managers. He has enough upside to be rostered in all formats, and he's a must in dynasty and keeper leagues. Through 45 at-bats, Duran has eight hits and one home run.--Doug Goldring - RotoBaller
