3 years agoNew York Mets starting pitcher Taijuan Walker continued his second-half floudering Tuesday, yielding four runs on eight hits and two walks to the Miami Marlins in 5 2/3 innings. He struck out four batters and allowed two home runs. Through his first 17 starts of the season, Walker had allowed six home runs, but he's allowed seven in just his last three starts. The all-star's ERA and WHIP have risen to 3.86 and 1.23 on the year, and he has to be left on fantasy benches until he gets his performance back in order.--Doug Goldring - RotoBaller
